A personalized breathwork session tailored to you. Before we begin, schedule a free call with me to let me know what you want to work through and we will schedule a time for breathwork from there! The breathwork session will start with an intentional check-in, a guided meditation to drop in, followed by guided RESET breathwork (25-30 min), a closing meditation and time for reflection and integration. Perfect for deep healing, clarity, and a true nervous system reset.

GROUP RESET Breathwork Session

VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON, 90 - 120 Min

Breathwork in a supportive group setting, with typically around 4-10 people, centered around a unique theme. Sessions include an introduction surrounding the theme, a meditation to drop in, followed by guided breathwork (25-30 min), a closing meditation, time for reflection and integration and optional sharing. BREATHWORK

RESET Breathwork is a deep, transformational journey that involves an active, 3 part, conscious connected breathing pattern. This breath is different from calming breathwork you might find in yoga - it combines active breath, visualizations, affirmations, somatic (body) release and specific music sequencing to bring you to a peak emotional state.

This type of active breathing is designed to intentionally ‘turn on’ your sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) in a controlled environment, so that after the breathwork session is complete, your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) is significantly more activated than before. This can reduce feelings of anxiety while allowing you to feel more calm, relaxed and grounded after a breathwork journey.

Your body holds memory, emotion and trauma, even if you aren’t consciously aware of it. When you breathe deeply into your body, you can tap into areas where ‘stuck’ energy is stored and release it, so that you can stop feeling overwhelmed and weighed down by your past.

RESET Breathwork can also help to rewire your brain by creating new neural pathways for positive beliefs. Think of your brain like a ski hill—your thoughts follow the same well-worn paths formed since childhood. The good news is that the brain is plastic and changeable! When you create a strong somatic (body) experience, your brain recruits more neurons which can create new neural pathways. This makes it easier to ingrain empowering beliefs and is why you are brought to a ‘peak emotional state.’

RESET Breath not only impacts your physical body and thoughts – but it can also allow you to connect with your intuition and provide clarity. This happens due to the cyclic nature of the breath – when you consciously breathe at a steady pace for a long period of time, it can put you into a trance state – causing your cortical brain or ‘thinking mind’ to quiet down and your intuition to come forward.

Learn how your nervous system sets the tone for everything – your thoughts, emotions, energy and even your ability to change. This module helps you understand why you might feel stuck and like being overwhelmed is just “part of your personality.” You’ll learn how to gently begin shifting into a more regulated, grounded state.

You’ll learn how to:
  • Understand when your nervous system gets dysregulated and how it can lead to scatterbrain and feeling overwhelmed.
  • Reclaim your energy by learning about food’s impact on your mind, body and emotions and learning to make small but powerful changes.
  • Bring awareness to how everything you consume is impacting your state of mind (think music, what you put on your body, who you surround yourself with, etc.)
  • Understand that feeling flustered isn’t “just you,” and there are real changes you can make to feel more calm, grounded and in control.

  • Bring awareness to the different parts of your nervous system so that you can KNOW when your body is asking for a break or when it’s needing something more.
  • Navigate difficult emotions so that you feel less triggered and stop getting stuck and feel held captive by them.

Module 2: Release shame - emotion regulation

Your triggers are not flaws – they’re invitations to understand what still needs your love and attention. This module will help you explore the deeper patterns and beliefs beneath your reactions. You will learn how powerful the subconscious is in influencing your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors and ways to start to change and reprogram your subconscious mind. (btw, your subconscious mind is in control of about 95% of your thoughts, beliefs and behaviors).

  • Understand how the subconscious mind operates and its role in keeping you playing things small.
  • Reframe triggers as sacred mirrors and learn tangible, practical tools to learn and grow from them.
  • Recognize subconscious beliefs that are not aligned with who you want to be and learn ways to start to reprogram them into empowering beliefs.
  • Understand how emotions are energy and how the way you feel is what attracts in everything in your current reality.

  • Discover a spiritual perspective on why your soul is here and what it wants.
  • Understand how intuition communicates to you.
  • Use energy hygiene tools to clear away things that are no longer serving you.

Years ago, when I transitioned from college to the ‘real world,’ I became caught up in nonstop socializing, fun and work, never knowing how to say no. Eventually, I started getting sick every other week and simple tasks like getting off the couch to do laundry felt genuinely impossible - I was burnt out. Determined to change, I became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, where I learned how caring for my body and nervous system is the foundation to supporting my mental health and mindset. 

Around the same time, I found myself stuck in a relationship I couldn’t seem to leave, even though I knew I should. This led me to start therapy, where I began uncovering my patterns of codependency, people-pleasing, and empathic tendencies—a four year journey that transformed my self-awareness. But when heartbreak from a different relationship later left me in a fog of depression, anxiety, and confusion, I realized that understanding alone wasn’t enough. I craved more than awareness—I wanted to truly FEEL better and embody the confident, empowered version of myself I aspired to be.

That’s when divine intervention stepped in. My friend convinced me to try a breathwork session, and in just one hour, everything shifted. I walked in heavy with sadness and walked out feeling 1,000 pounds lighter, with joy, clarity, and the profound realization that my heartbreak was guiding me to discover my true, soul self. The wildly transformative shift breathwork gave me, made me instantly obsessed with its power and led to eventually getting trained as a breathwork guide myself. 

During my heartbreak, I became overwhelmingly curious WHY I was so devastated from a breakup – the level of pain I felt didn’t seem normal. Through lots of subconscious meditation, journaling and breathwork I discovered that the reason I was so devastated, all traced back to my level of self-worth. I was ‘getting’ all of my validation from my relationship and once it was gone, so was my feeling of worthiness. After this realization, I wholeheartedly committed to building up my self-worth so that I never again would rely on it coming from an external source so heavily.
  
Through my own journey in getting to know myself on a profoundly deep level, I have gained genuine confidence in understanding who I am underneath my patterning, conditioning and thoughts. I’ve spent years learning to differentiate my ego (mind) from my true, soul self. I am SO deeply passionate about helping others understand themselves deeper than they ever have, so that they too can start to validate themselves and navigate life with direction, confidence and clarity.
